Allen Roberds is a master trainer, facilitator, coach, and elite influencer in the coaching industry. His experience in the educational and training fields spans over 2 decades, with his present focus on helping the overwhelmed business owner develop the leadership team necessary to get out of the day-to-day challenges of running a business and into the passion projects that will help others around the globe, through the transformational process of coaching.

Allen has trained and coached leaders on 5 continents and has been
able to use his coaching expertise to assist in humanitarian projects in
Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Islands. From teens to parents, from families to
family-run companies, and from entrepreneurs to leadership teams, Allen has
found his calling to serve others through his coaching services.

Allen believes deeply in the individual’s ability to accomplish everything they are willing to put into time and attention. The first step of any growth comes through the path of awareness. There is no process with greater ability to increase personal awareness than the transformational process of coaching. His passion of raising awareness in others and helping them accomplish what they want most in life feeds his soul.

One last thing. Allen has found in his humanitarian work in Kenya that he absolutely loves rhinos and loves searching for them across the savannah on safari.
