Mark A. Springer, CPA is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience as a chief financial officer and a certified public accountant. His experience includes financial management, audit, taxation, internal control and financial planning and analysis.

Mark has extensive experience working with non-profit organizations, medical practices, construction and mining industries and has served various-sized companies with $1 - $150 Million in revenues. He is also the Managing Member of Springer & Company, PLLC, a CPA firm providing audit, tax, and outsourced CFO services along the Wasatch Front.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting degree from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration degree from Utah State University. He and his wife Lori are the proud parents of five children and three grandchildren.
