Robin Aleksevitch: Director of Health

Robin has been a Registered Nurse for over 35 years and has worked in cardiac, behavioral, and school nursing. She has seen the impact stress plays on our body, mind, and health. In 2010 she began a journey of Holistic Wellness and has added Biofeedback, DoTERRA Essential Oils, and Reiki to help her clients reach their optimum health goals and lead healthier, happier, and more balanced lives.

She became a Certified Biofeedback Specialist in 2019 and uses Biofeedback to help her clients connect with their body to reduce pain, manage stress, weight loss, inflammation, headaches, depression, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, smoking cessation, and so much more.

Looking at underlying emotions and physical symptoms your body is telling you is the first step to changing your life. Did you know that 80% of diseases come from long term underlying stress in the body? Scientists have long known that stress complicates a host of health problems. Stress can influence a wide range of diseases as we age – increasing inflammation, heart disease, metabolic syndrome, or digestive problems just to name a few.

Robin has worked in Kenya for several years leading reproductive health initiatives.
