    Economic Opportunities

    Dignity Grows When Income Grows.

Three projects, one promise: families build their own livelihoods, and communities lead their own future. No dependency. No handouts. Real income, run from the village.

    The Promise

Income That Stays in the Village.

Food, water, school fees, health — none of it is sustainable without a way to earn. Economic Opportunities is how we close the loop: families generate their own income, leaders run their own programs, and outside support becomes the spark, not the fuel.

    Three Projects

Built With the Community, Owned by the Community.

    Sustainable Circles

20–25 families saving together. Every dollar matched.

A Sustainable Circle is a group of 20–25 families who contribute to a shared pool — and we match every shilling they save. Members borrow from the matched fund to start a needs-based, residual-income business: Garden Towers, chickens, bees, soap making, or goats. Interest on each loan goes back into the pool and is paid forward to start up Garden Towers for more families.

    • •20–25 families per circle — every contribution is matched 1:1
    • •Loans only fund needs-based businesses that generate residual income: Garden Towers, chickens, bees, soap making, goats
    • •Interest flows back into the pool and pays forward Garden Tower start-ups for more families

    Community Team Development

Local leaders running their own programs.

Every project we support is led by a community director and a local team. We invest in those people — leadership training, conflict resolution, financial stewardship, and the practical skills it takes to run programs that outlast outside funding. The result: communities don't wait for help. They lead.

    • •Quarterly leadership workshops in every region we serve
    • •Paid stipends for community directors who run the day-to-day
    • •Mentorship pairing emerging leaders with seasoned directors

    Hospitality & Tourism Development

Culture and hospitality as a sustainable livelihood.

Villages train to welcome guests — through Emparnat Cultural Centre, the Maasai homestays, and expedition partnerships. Hosts earn fair wages, artisans sell their work directly, and visitors leave having met the community on its own terms. Tourism becomes a tool the village owns, not an industry that owns the village.

    • •Hospitality and language training for hosts and guides
    • •Direct artisan sales — no middlemen, no markups
    • •Revenue flows back into local schools, water, and clinics

    Your Turn

Seed a Circle. Change a Village.

$100 starts a Sustainable Circle. The community takes it from there — borrowing, repaying, growing — for years.
