At 100 Humanitarians International, our core values drive our mission to create lasting, positive change. We are guided by Integrity, Collaboration, Empowerment and Transparency. We strive to uplift humanity one project at a time. Together we envision a world where every individual can thrive.
We maintain open lines of communication with our donors responding honestly and promptly to inquiries about our operations. We send out weekly email updates, including stories and progress of the programs we are currently running and how donations have impacted those programs. We provide comprehensive impact reports that detail the outcomes and effects of our projects to our donors and stakeholders. We adhere to ethical fundraising practices, prioritizing the allocation of funds to programs and activities while minimizing administrative costs. We publish our financial reports and accountability regularly on our website.
In areas where our programs are running, we involve local community leaders and impacted families in the decision making process thus ensuring their needs are met and the projects meet with more success. As we grow our operations here in the US, we collaborate with donors and sponsors to provide updates, impact reports and breakdowns of how the projects are progressing. We are constantly making new connections and reaching out to potential collaborators as we learn what can best help our programs move forward.
We believe that showing a family a way out of poverty by growing their own food not only solves the problem of starvation, but provides the compelling feeling of empowerment. As families progress through our programs, their stories are a powerful testament of how empowering these programs have proven to be. The saying goes, "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime." Our focus and core value is change that is sustainable for future generations - the only way to truly end poverty.
100 Humanitarians provides clear financial reporting and detailed financial reports. These reports, provided by our licensed CPA, offer a comprehensive breakdown of our income, expenses and how your donations are utilized. Our executive board meets quarterly to approve financials and ensure monies are being appropriately allocated. We want donors to know their contributions are being used prudently and as specified. Donors have the option of donating to a specific project, a specific program or a specific initiative. We provide regular updates on these programs through email and social media, including photos and stories from the field.
